Alan LaMons – Founder/President/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. LaMons is a retired veteran of twenty years of service in the United States Marine Corps.  He is an honorably retired veteran of thirteen years on the San Diego County Sheriff's Department where he served on the Special Enforcement Detail (SED), the Sheriff's "Full-Time" Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team.  His third career as a security specialist / consultant has allowed him to work all aspects of Dignitary and High Threat Protection Operations. 

 

Mr. LaMons is a certified instructor, consultant, training specialist, tactician, and a decisive, experienced leader.  An energetic and goal-driven professional, experienced in management, supervision, high threat protection operations, security operations, cross-cultural leadership, strategic planning and training program development, he is well versed in force protection, security planning, threat assessment and customer service.  Mr. LaMons is a dynamic speaker, who gives presentations on terrorism and other topics to select groups.  Over the course of his career, he has been assigned to Japan, Taiwan, Okinawa, Mariana Islands, Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Panama, Israel, Jordan, Iraq and the United States.  He is an articulate communicator with a talent for developing and motivating cohesive multi-cultural teams. 

Donard Calavera – Vice President Asia

Mr. Calavera is also the President of TGS-PI, LLC.  TGS-PI is a subsidiary of Terminus Global Services, Inc. which conducts security, training and consulting in the Republic of the Philippines.  

Mr. Calavera is a retired veteran with over twenty years of service in the US Army Special Operations. He held one of the top leadership positions of the 5th Army.  Mr. Calavera has over ten years of experience in security consulting, close protection and high threat protective security. He is an experienced trainer and certified instructor who has developed and implemented many training programs and standard operating procedures.  

Mr. Calavera’s assignments have taken him to Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, South America, Panama, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Afghanistan.  Don speaks English and Filipino (Tagalog) and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Don Davis – Vice President of Operations

Mr. Davis is a retired veteran of over twenty-seven years of service in the United States Amy. As a Political / Intelligence / Operations Officer in the United States Army Special Forces, he was responsible for the development and implementation of training programs in Foreign Internal Defense in five different geographical regions of the world.

 

Mr. Davis has trained members of the military, security guard forces and police units of various host nation countries to conduct "high risk operations" in support of US foreign policy.  The programs of instructions included Infantry Tactics, Demolition, Weapons, Communications, and Medical, Engineering, Intelligence and Security (tier level one and two) courses.  As a civilian, Mr. Davis has worked as an Independent Contractor since 1995 including several contracts in Yugoslavia, Sudan, Croatia and Iraq.

Johnny Green - Vice President Project Management - RSS

Mr. Green is the Vice President of Project Management for Resort Security Services, LLC.  He is the direct liaison between Resort Security Services (RSS) and resort development clients.  Mr. Green is the management of security services implementation for resorts.  RSS is a subsidiary of Terminus Global Services, Inc. in a Joint Venture with Panorama International, Inc., which deals exclusively with Resort Security.  

Mr. Green served six years in the United States Marine Corps as a Scout / Sniper and sniper instructor.  He served in Operation Desert Shield, Desert Storm and on the Marine Corps Rifle and Pistol Teams.   

As a civilian, he has gained extensive experience in High Risk Personal Protection, Estate Management, EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and in Personal & Estate Protection.  He has provided personal and estate management for film celebrities and foreign dignitaries in the United States, Sweden, Austria and Iraq.  Mr. Green has over 16 years of security experience.

David Breed – Vice President Systems & Procedural Technology - RSS

Mr. Breed is the Vice President of Systems & Procedural Technology for Resort Security Services, LLC.  Since 1994, Mr. Breed has operated a company specializing in the design and implementation of electronic and physical security systems for high threat / high asset value clients in the corporate and entertainment industries.   

With an active client list of over 2600 businesses and individuals and over 26 years in the security field Mr. Breed brings extensive real world experience to the resort industry.  Mr. Breed designed and implemented post 9/11 venue security and talent security for some of the largest venues and traveling entertainment acts in the United States.  One of the first Combat Focus certified instructors in the country, Mr. Breed has extensive training and field experience in close personal protection work in both solo and team environments.

 

Jeffery A. Lee, MD, MPH – Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Dr. Jeffery A. Lee is a qualified and experienced retired military professional, with extensive leadership, analytical, organizational, management, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills. He has proven himself to be a popular and tactful team player that thrives in a group environment.

Dr. Lee enlisted in the United States Army and served in the 82nd Airborne Division and later volunteered for the Special Forces and served as a Special Operations Medic with the 5th Special Forces Group. Dr. Lee is a 1994, graduate of the Uniformed Services University of Health Services, Bethesda, Maryland. Over the remainder of his twenty-four year Army career, he served as a Medical Corps Officer. Dr. Lee served as the Surgeon of a Special Forces Battalion and deployed abroad to provide missions support worldwide. Dr. Lee also served in Dexhiem, Germany; Fallujah, Iraq; US Army Field Artillery Training Center at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and as the Medical Director of an Acute Care Clinic.

As a civilian, Dr. Lee has worked as a consultant to several private security companies in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) Degree from the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina, as well as a Medical Doctorate (MD) from the H. Edward Hebert School of Medicine. His specific areas of interest and expertise are military operational medicine, bio-terrorism, and the training of medical experts working in austere conditions.

Robert Luke - Vice President Law Enforcement / Department of Homeland Security

Mr. Luke served four years in the United States Marine Corps.  At the end of his enlistment, he joined the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, for whom he has worked for over twenty years, and has been a member of the Bomb/Arson Detail since 1998.  Mr. Luke will oversee our domestic Law Enforcement and DHS Operations. He has extensive experience and training in Bomb, Arson, Department of Justice/Federal Bureau of Investigations Weapons of Mass Destruction and Terrorism Courses.  Mr. Luke has been a member of the International Association of Bomb Technicians Investigators (IABTI) since 1998 and is the Chapter Director for the San Diego Chapter of the IABTI.

Arthur Zuckerman - Vice President Israel / Homeland Security Planning Operations

Mr. Zuckerman contributes to emergency preparedness and national security in a professional environment utilizing his skills and knowledge of terrorism.  He is a terrorism awareness facilitator specializing in militant Islam and domestic terrorism.  He also posses a background in planning stages through an incident command, he has coordinated, facilitated and participated in anti-terrorist mock training scenarios, drafted plans for emergency training drills, develops and designs presentations, and tabletop discussions.

 

As a member of the Israeli Defense Force, he served a year in the Gaza Strip and the Golan Heights as part of a reconnaissance unit.  For the past thirty years, he has spent time in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip, which has kept him abreast of the radicalization of militant Islam.  He supervised the senior staff members of a major institution in San Diego utilizing strong working relations including the Executive Director, Director of Education, Directors of Preschool, and Director of Youth, support staff, and teaching staff of 75 teachers.  He served the San Diego County Sheriff's Emergency Services as a volunteer.  Arthur has given numerous presentations in California, Nevada and Oregon on militant Islam.  Mr. Zuckerman speaks English, Hebrew and has a working knowledge of Arabic.

Reid Haskamp – Director Americas

Mr. Haskamp is also the Director of Operations for Terminus, SA. Terminus SA is a subsidiary of Terminus Global Services, Inc., which conducts security, training and consulting in the Republic of Honduras.

Mr. Haskamp served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, twenty-eight years in Law Enforcement, and twenty-four years as a SWAT Tactics Instructor. He has eight years experience as a Firearms Instructor and has trained foreign law enforcement and military forces. He has operated as a Security Contractor in Iraq and Central America since 2000. Mr. Haskamp lived over nine years in Central America, five of them in Honduras. He has extensive knowledge of Central American culture and customs and is fluent in Spanish.

Jennifer Knaff – Director Executive Protection

Jennifer Knaff is a Personal Protection Specialist based in the Washington, D.C. area, with twenty years of experience in the US and overseas. Her assignments have included law enforcement, investigations, workplace/domestic violence and stalker prevention, instruction and protection of corporate CEO’s, celebrities, politicians, foreign dignitaries, military personnel, museum-quality jewelry and artwork, and other high-profile persons and events all over the world.  

Ms. Knaff is a Certified Security Trainer with extensive knowledge of cultural customs and protocol, as well as threat and risk assessment.

Greg LaRue – Director Maritime Operations

Mr. LaRue is a retired veteran with twenty-four years service in the both the United States Army and Navy with nineteen years experience on the United States Navy SEAL Teams. Since retiring from the military Mr. LaRue has gained extensive experience in High-Threat executive protection operations.

 During the course of his career he has developed outstanding leadership qualities and tactical abilities proven under demanding and hazardous circumstances. Mr. LaRue has global experience in conventional military, counter/anti-terrorist, counter- insurgency, counter-revolutionary and security operations, particularly in maritime environments. Mr. LaRue has the demonstrated ability to gather and analyze intelligence to formulate and implement practical solutions to tactical challenges.

John Mattman – Director Armor Program

Mr. Mattman spent six years in his father’s (former US Secret Service Agent, Jurg Mattman) security firm, J. Mattman Security, Inc.  Duties included security and risk management coordination for events such as the 1984 Olympic Torch Relay, 1986’s HANDS ACROSS AMERICA, Miller Brewing Company’s as well as security details for the Royal Jordanian Family and numerous Fortune 500 events.

In 1991, Mr. Mattman formed Mattman Specialty Vehicles and in 16 years as President and CEO, built Mobile Command Centers, SWAT and EOD trucks, armored vehicles, surveillance vans, and crime labs for agencies such as the Central Intelligence Agency, Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, Immigration Customs Enforcement, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, Los Angeles international Airport, Massachusetts Port Authority, Port of Houston, Department of Justice, New York Police Department, Los Angeles Police Department, State Department, US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, and dozens of other state, county, and municipal contracts.
